OVR Micros Simphony POS Terminals/Printers not working

POS Terminals

If one(or all) of the terminals isnt working, Go to the terminal at the far end of the OVR(closest to Baz House) and make sure that terminal is up and running (if it is, Restart the computer anyway). This terminal controls some of the services that the other terminal requires. Once the terminal is up and running, proceed to restart the other terminals that are having issues.

NOTE: If you are having problems with totals not matching up at the end of the night, doing the above will not resolve the issue. Please proceed with logging a ticket. The simphony server will need to be restarted.

Printers

If one of the printers isnt working, please check the cables are plugged and power is on. If everything is powered on, check the POS terminals are OK.
